Condo Development Unveiled at
TUNICA RESORTS, MS (April 8, 2007) – Plans for a 94 unit detached condo development in Tunica Resorts, Mississippi were released today. The neighborhood will be called Soleil at Tunica National, and it will be a part of the 268 acre mixed-use development known as Tunica National – A Master Planned Community. Total infrastructure and land development cost will approximate $12 Million.
Soleil will be located off of Old Highway 61 surrounding the Tunica National Golf & Tennis Complex, and is being developed by Soleil at Tunica National, LLC. Principals of the development company are Don Kessinger, the former All-Star of the Chicago Cubs and Ole Miss baseball standout, Kevin Kessinger, and Sam Creekmore, all of Oxford, Mississippi.
“We are excited about the Tunica residential market and the quality sought at Tunica National,” said Kevin Kessinger. “This condo development was a huge success in Oxford and we expect even better results in Tunica.”

The condos in Soleil at Tunica National will range from 1200 to 1500 Square Feet, and there will be two or three bedroom options available. The developers for Soleil are going to build a lake in the middle of the neighborhood resulting in Lake Frontage condos.
Groundbreaking is expected to begin in May of 2007. Amenities for the 94 condos at Soleil will include a lake, observation pier, walking path, pool, and poolside common area.
